HILLMAN RECREATION FOUNDATION

Hillman Recreation Foundation ("Hillman Rec" is an Illinois nonprofit organization creating multigenerational pathways to opportunity through exposure, preparation, and connection. We believe access to careers, professional networks, and life-changing experiences should not be determined by age, background, or existing relationships. Through immersive experiences, workforce development, recreation, civic engagement, and strategic partnerships, Hillman Rec introduces participants to new possibilities, prepares them with the skills and confidence to pursue them, and connects them with the people and organizations that help turn opportunity into reality.
